If you have ever wanted to get fit, lose weight, increase strength & endurance or ditch chronic pain, kettlebell training is for you. The kettlebell is an ideal tool because of its efficiency. It improves balance, coordination, and core and overall strength through ballistic movements. These movements are good for joints and work the cardiovascular system while building muscle. This class is for men and women and will challenge beginners to intermediate and beyond. *You will need to bring your own kettlebell (instructions given on the group page).*
